You can absolutely print your zine in black and white! We even have a specialized black and white printer dedicated to exactly that.
When setting up your file, we recommend saving it in grayscale. However, if you want a deeper, richer black rather than a flat true black, set your file up in CMYK and select color printing when placing your order. Rich black is made up of a mix of cyan, magenta, yellow, and black ink, which gives you a much deeper, more saturated result than black ink alone.
