Can the pages inside be written on. This willbe a seminar woorkbook and have areas for taking notes. Is the 100# paper matte the one I choose?

100 lb. matte paper isn't the best choice for writing. Matte is coated, so pen ink can smudge. For a workbook, choose 70 lb. or 60 lb. uncoated text. It works with pens and pencils easily and is the go-to for workbooks and coloring books.
